The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay, although

the noise from the poolside events could be disruptive at times. We appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities, and the beach access was fantastic for some sun and surf.

We enjoyed our family vacation with lovely ocean views from our Royal Deluxe Ocean View room. Great vibes!

Our family stay in a Royal Deluxe Ocean View room was unforgettable! The friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We loved having breakfast by the beach, and the sunset views from our room were breathtaking! Pro tip, book your tour activities early!

Just a proper fit for an overnight stop in Ixtapa with excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Be cautious of the poolside tiles, as they can be slippery when wet.

Just a heads up, don’t upgrade to the ocean view if you plan to sleep! The disco at night sounds like a party in your room!

my stay at park royal was amazing! the ocean view from my royal deluxe room was breathtaking. i especially loved the service at the coco bar, where omar always made sure my drinks were fresh. the food was delicious, and i appreciate how they went above and beyond for requests, like bringing mango for my daughter.

The beach access is fantastic, and we enjoyed lounging by the pool all day, soaking up the sun. The only little hiccup was the noise from the nearby disco that could go on late into the night, but it didn’t ruin our fun at all! 🌴
